I have been speaking about Purpose for quite some time now because it’s important to how we live our lives. Your Purpose answers the questions; Who am I and why am I here?
But before we can get to our Purpose, we must tap into what is wanting to come through you. In other words, what’s your Desire? This comes first because without desire, nothing happens. To be more, there must first be the desire to be more. We had an innate desire to crawl, then to walk, talk, form friendships and other relationships. While in school, we may have had the desire to be an “A” student. We may have had the desire to join the band, be a cheerleader, football player, or blend in with the crowd and not be noticed. Whatever it was, it all started with desire. What is fascinating though, none of this happens without Life having the desire to experience Itself as us. God, Spirit, Infinite Intelligence, choose whatever works for you, so loved the world that it turned upon itself, clothed itself, breathed life into itself, and named itself, YOU. You are the full expression of the Divine. You are life in action. You are the way through which the Infinite Presence of the One gets to show up. That is an amazing Truth to behold. In the Science of Mind Textbook, Dr. Holmes talks about The Thing Itself. Guess what, Beloved? You are that Thing Itself. That Thing we call, whatever name you give it, not only had the Desire to express Itself as you, it set an Intention to show up in certain ways.
Intention
Intention is the spiritual GPS of the soul. It’s not just a wish or a hope, it’s a clear, conscious directive that aligns thought, emotion, and energy with the greater unfolding of who we’re here to be.
At its highest intention is creative command. When rooted in spiritual awareness, it becomes a magnetic force that shapes our reality, not through force or hustle, but through alignment. Intention is how we partner with the Universe. It's how we move from being passive observers to powerful co-creators.
When we set an intention, we're doing more than making a statement, we're activating Spiritual Laws. We’re declaring: This is what I choose to embody. This is the frequency I am holding. This is how I will show up in the world. This is who I choose to Be.
But wait, there’s more. It’s not about trying to control the outcome. Intention is not about micromanaging the “how.” Remember, the how is really not our concern. Intention is about setting the energetic tone and then allowing life to meet us in that vibration. That’s where the miracles live. We are vibrational, energetic beings, and when we set our intentions to bring our desires to fruition, we are raising our vibration living from the knowing that those desires are manifesting in our lives now. Even when we don’t see the fruits yet, we know that they are manifesting.
Whether we’re healing old patterns, building a business, or deepening our relationship with the Divine, intention acts as the inner compass. It clarifies our “why,” energizes our “what,” and empowers our “how.” Here’s the bottom line. Intention turns drifting into direction. It transforms spiritual ideas into embodied truth. When held with faith and action, intention is how we remember that we are not at the mercy of life, instead, we are participants in its unfolding. This is who and what you are. You are the way the Universe gets to express itself. And guess what? You get to be the director of that expression. If we’re not in awe, we’re not paying attention.
This brings us to : Transcendent Purpose
Transcendent Purpose is the soul’s compass, an internal, unshakable sense of direction that reaches beyond ego, achievement, or personal gratification. It is the sacred thread woven through our existence, connecting the ordinary to the eternal. Unlike a career or even a calling, your Transcendent Purpose does not originate from the mind or societal roles, it rises from the deep well of being, often revealed through stillness, struggle, surrender, or spiritual awakening.
It transcends identity. Check this out. It’s not about who you are in the world, but what wants to move through you, as you. When you touch your Transcendent Purpose, you are no longer chasing significance, oh no, you become a conduit for significance itself to be revealed through you. Your life becomes a living testimony, a sacred offering, a yes to something bigger than personal comfort or success.
Your Transcendent Purpose isn't always “loud.” Sometimes it's expressed in healing, listening, creating, or teaching. Its true hallmark is alignment. Your Transcendent Purpose aligns with Truth, with Love, with the evolutionary impulse of the Universe. Your Transcendent Purpose will stretch you. It may even break you open. Your Transcendent Purpose rewrites the stories of your limitations and compels you to serve in ways that feel less like effort and more like grace unfolding.
Serving your Transcendent Purpose is not just about doing. It’s about being. You become the space where the Divine’s intention becomes incarnate. Being the presence that uplifts others by existing in integrity with the Infinite. Transcendent Purpose is what remains when roles fall away, and what endures when accolades fade. It is the soul’s signature echoing through time, leaving ripples that outlast a lifetime.
To conclude what cannot be concluded, you are here on Purpose for a purpose. Life desired to express Itself by means of you. Now is the time and you are the one.
